Frame Noisy

To complete this tutorial you will need:

Plugin AmphiSoft download it Here! It is a Demo but the filter we are using is a freebee.
Download the Freepack!

Plugin VM-Toolbox download it Here!

Restart your PSP after you unpacked your Plugins.

And the D-Gold pattern, rightclick->save as BMP to your Patterns folder.

Don't forget to save often!

Okay here we go. *S*

1}Open up your image duplicate by hitting the Shiftkey+D, close your original.
Duplicate again and minimize 1 image for the moment.

2}Go to Edit/Copy and than for selections/Select all.
Again to Selections/Selection/Float.
Go to effects/3D effects/Cut out with these settings:
Vertical and Horizontal both set on 3.
Opacity set on 68.
Blur set on 35,8
Shadow color Black.
Repeat this Cut out but now Horizontal +Vertical set on -3.
Deselect/Selections/Select none.

3}Set your Background color to White and your Foreground on Pattern, and look for the D-Gold pattern.
Go to Image/Add border/symmetric ticked/add a border off 3 pixels.
Select this new border with your Magic wand tool.
Fill this border with your Floodfill tool. {D-Gold Pattern}

4}Go to Image/Add border/now 20 pixels again select this border.
Go to Edit/Paste/Paste In To Selection.
Go than for Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur/Radius set on 40,00 go again to Selections/Selections/Float, go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut out with the following values:
V set on 6.
H set on 9.
Opacity set on 40.
Blur set on 20.
Shadow color set on Black.
Deselect.

5}Go to Image/Add border/now 3 pixels.
Select this border, Floodfill with the D-Gold pattern.
Deselect.

6}Go again to Image/Add border/25 pixels.
Select again.
Go to Edit/Paste/Paste In To Selection.
Now go for Effects/AmphiSoft/Out off the noise, with these values: Keep selected!

7}Go to Effects/VM-Toolbox/Instant Tile and just apply.
Deselect.
Go again to Image//Add border/now 3 pixels.
Select this border, Floodfill with the D-Gold pattern.
Deselect.

8}Add a new border this time off 30 Pixels, select this border.
Go to Edit/Paste/Paste In To Selection.
Go than for Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur/Radius set on 40,00 go again to Selections/Selections/Float, go to Effects/3D Effects/Cut out with the following values:
V set on 6.
H set on 9.
Opacity set on 40.
Blur set on 20.
Shadow color set on Black.
Deselect.

9}Go again to Image/Add border/now 3 pixels.
Select this border, Floodfill with the D-Gold pattern.
Deselect.

10} yeah yeah I know it's a royal pain but .....Again add a new border/35 pixels/Select.
Go to Edit/Paste/Paste In To Selection.
Go than for Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur/Radius set on 40,00
Now go for Effects/AmphiSoft/Out off the noise, with the same values off step 6 BUT change the RADIUS into 149.

11}And for the last time Add a new border off 3 pixels.
Select this border, Floodfill with the D-Gold pattern.
Deselect.
If you like you can add a nice corner to your Frame and you are finally Done. *S*
